Nourished by Jahmae understands that plans and circumstances can change. These policies protect time reserved for each client while making room for illness, emergencies, and financial hardship to be handled with grace.
Complimentary Wellness Clarity Calls
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your Wellness Clarity Call. Because appointment availability is limited, clients who miss a call without notice will need to contact Nourished by Jahmae before scheduling another complimentary call. Emergencies will be handled with grace on a case-by-case basis.
Paid One-Time Appointments
Paid appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund or have the payment transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. Emergencies will be considered with grace on a case-by-case basis.
Pausing a Multi-Week Program
Clients experiencing financial hardship may request to pause their multi-week program at any time by providing written notice to Nourished by Jahmae. Future installment payments and remaining appointments will be paused, and no additional charges will be made during the pause.
When the client is financially able to continue, the program may be resumed from where the client left off without losing the unused portion. Program pauses do not expire.
Payments already made for completed appointments and personalized materials already provided are nonrefundable.
Canceling a Multi-Week Program
Clients may choose to cancel instead of pause. Future installments will be stopped, and any prepaid amount covering unused services will be refunded or, if the client prefers, applied as a credit toward a future service.
The 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies to appointments that are already scheduled. Illness, emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances will be handled with grace on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Change
To cancel, reschedule, pause, or resume a service, email hello@nourishedbyjahmae.com. Appointment cancellation and rescheduling links may also be used when included in your scheduling confirmation.
