A four-week virtual program for women who want to understand where common environmental exposures may show up in daily life and make practical, lower-exposure choices without fear or perfectionism. Together, we will identify your priorities, review selected household and personal-care products, and create a realistic plan that respects your budget and does not require replacing everything at once.
Before the program
- Complete a pre-program home-and-lifestyle questionnaire.
- Submit photographs and brief descriptions of up to 15 priority household or personal-care products for review.
- Share the areas you are most concerned about, what you have already tried, and the budget you would like us to respect.
- Send your questionnaire and product photographs at least 24–48 hours before the foundation session so your materials can be reviewed in advance.
- Complete a free, 30-minute virtual Wellness Clarity Call before enrollment to discuss your goals and make sure the program is an appropriate fit.

Faith-centered support: Scripture, prayer, and grace-centered encouragement are incorporated as we care for the home and body from a place of stewardship—not fear, shame, or perfectionism.
Understanding testing options: You will receive general education about consumer-accessible and clinician-ordered tests that may be considered for specific environmental exposure concerns. We will discuss what these tests generally measure, their limitations, potential costs, and questions to ask your healthcare provider. Testing is optional, purchased separately, and is not ordered or individually interpreted as part of this program.
Program scope: This program provides environmental-wellness education and coaching. It does not diagnose environmental illness, determine whether a product caused a symptom, order or interpret laboratory testing, prescribe treatment, or replace medical care. Concerning symptoms or possible toxic exposures should be discussed promptly with a licensed healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency resource.
About texting: Business-text support is intended for brief progress updates, accountability, product-photo submission, and clarification questions. Messages are answered within one to two business days and are not monitored continuously. Texting is not for emergencies, urgent symptoms, medical advice, medication questions, laboratory results, diagnosis, or treatment.
